Here is a quick view from the Isometric viewpoint so you can see how my camera and screws are set up.

Okay, below is a screen shot of how I set up the lights for this scene. First make sure you select the default environment light inside the black circle and check the Construction checkbox. This will make the light NOT render when you render your image but it will work while you model. Then select the drop down for the light dome, I chose cloudScape as my light dome. The last thing to do is set the dome intensity, I set mine to 300%. The slider only goes to 100% but you can type in any value you want.

Now that the lights are set up here is a quick peek at what I tweaked with in the Aluminum texture. You can get to this by double clicking on the texture in the resource window.

Here is my render of the scene. I simply chose the "raydiosity better" and rendered the camera view window. When the camera view window is displayed go to Render>Render Image and choose from the preset drop downs raydiosity better.
