This is a quick down and dirty of how I textured the ghost model and set up the scene.

Okay first off in Phot shop I made the scary face for this ghost. I used two layers on is the color layer and the other is the stencil layer.

Next, inside strata cx I loaded the photoshop file using the load button at the bottom. Once the file was loaded I selected the layers I wanted from the Photoshop file in the channels I wanted them to appear in by hitting the down arrow icon below the eye on each channel.

Here is the body texture. Pretty basic except for the glow channel.

Okay, this is what the texture stack looks like after the textures are applied.

I put a spot light in so that you would still be able to see some demension from the model when the glow is turned up on the body texture.

DI also put a spot light inside the ghost so when he is floating above the ground it looks like he is powered by his glow.

NFinaly I turned the global light all the way down and turned the lightdome on. I used a light gray color for my color light source so that it would look a little like night time.

SHere is the final render. In order to see the glow channel in the render you will need to use Raydiosity, Raytracing won't show any of the glow. My Raydiosity settings were, Texture detail to normal and oversampling to 4 pixels. Nothing special just two small tweaks.
